Community Guidelines

Effective Date: March 16, 2026
Last Updated: March 16, 2026

Welcome to the Rhythm Keepers Collective community.

This is a space for thoughtful connection, shared reflection, mutual support, and meaningful growth. Our hope is to cultivate a community where people from different backgrounds, traditions, life experiences, and perspectives can gather in a spirit of sincerity, curiosity, humility, and care.

The intent of this space is to learn and grow from and with one another.

By participating in this community, you agree to uphold these Community Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The Spirit of This Community

Rhythm Keepers Collective exists to support people seeking a slower, more intentional, grounded, and meaningful way of living. We welcome spiritual seekers, wellness-minded individuals, reflective practitioners, caregivers, creatives, professionals, parents, teachers, and all those navigating change, fatigue, burnout, healing, or personal growth.

This is not a space for winning arguments, proving superiority, or tearing others down. It is a space for listening, learning, sharing, and growing.

We ask each member to participate in a way that is:

  • respectful

  • thoughtful

  • open-hearted

  • grounded

  • honest

  • compassionate

  • responsible

2. Respect Comes First

Treat every member with dignity and respect, even when you disagree.

You do not have to share the same beliefs, practices, worldview, or opinions as others in order to participate here. Differences are natural. Civil disagreement is allowed. Respectful questions are allowed. Thoughtful challenge is allowed.

What is not allowed is hostility, contempt, or conduct that turns disagreement into harm.

This means:

  • no name-calling

  • no insults or mockery

  • no harassment

  • no bullying

  • no threats

  • no intimidation

  • no degrading or demeaning language

  • no personal attacks

3. Religious and Political Discussions

Many people in this space hold deep spiritual, philosophical, religious, ethical, or cultural convictions. These topics can be meaningful, but they can also become divisive very quickly.

For that reason, heated religious or political debates are not allowed in this community.

Respectful, calm, agree-to-disagree dialogue only.

Members may share beliefs, practices, perspectives, personal experiences, and sincere questions. Members may also respectfully question or challenge ideas. Being exposed to differing viewpoints — and even respectful questions about, or challenges to, deeply held beliefs or ideologies — can be uncomfortable, but it can also be part of growth.

That said, once a discussion becomes combative, inflammatory, antagonistic, or disrespectful, moderators may step in, close the thread, remove comments, or suspend access.

4. Assume Good Faith — But Honor Boundaries

Whenever possible, approach others with curiosity rather than accusation.

At the same time, do not push, pressure, corner, shame, or repeatedly provoke others. A respectful question is one thing. Persistent badgering, agenda-driven confrontation, or trying to force agreement is another.

Know the difference.

5. No Abuse of the Reporting System

Please use reports responsibly.

The reporting system exists to help protect the safety and integrity of the community. It is not a tool for silencing people simply because you disagree with them, dislike their perspective, or feel uncomfortable being exposed to a different viewpoint.

Do not abuse user reports.

Being challenged respectfully, encountering differing beliefs, or being asked thoughtful questions about your views is not, by itself, a violation of these guidelines. In many cases, this kind of respectful exchange can support growth and self-reflection.

False, retaliatory, excessive, manipulative, or bad-faith reporting may itself be treated as a violation of these guidelines.

6. Zero Tolerance for Threats, Bullying, and Targeted Harm

The following are grounds for immediate moderator action and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community:

  • threats of violence or harm

  • bullying or targeted harassment

  • stalking behavior

  • hate speech

  • repeated personal attacks

  • coercion or intimidation

  • encouraging pile-ons or mob behavior against another member

Blatant disrespect that undermines the safety of the community may also result in an immediate ban.

7. Doxxing and Sharing Personal Information

Doxxing is strictly prohibited.

Sharing another person’s personal, private, or identifying information without their clear permission is grounds for an immediate and permanent ban.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • full names

  • names of family members

  • home addresses

  • school addresses

  • work addresses

  • places of employment

  • phone numbers

  • email addresses

  • private social media details

  • identifying photographs or documents

  • any other information that could be used to locate, expose, threaten, or endanger someone

Doxxing or attempts to expose, track, intimidate, or endanger another member may also be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where warranted.

8. Protect Privacy — Yours and Others’

This community may include vulnerable, reflective, spiritual, emotional, or personal conversations. Please share carefully and with discernment.

Do not repost, screenshot, copy, distribute, or publicly share another member’s content, story, or identifiable details outside the community without their express permission.

Honor confidentiality. Honor trust.

9. No Hate, Discrimination, or Dehumanizing Speech

We do not permit content or conduct that attacks, demeans, excludes, or dehumanizes people based on identity, background, belief, or lived experience.

This includes hateful, degrading, or discriminatory language directed at others based on protected traits or other deeply personal characteristics.

10. Keep Contributions Honest and Constructive

Please contribute in ways that are sincere, relevant, and constructive.

Do not:

  • deliberately spread false information

  • impersonate another person

  • troll, bait, or provoke conflict for entertainment

  • spam, self-promote excessively, or flood discussions

  • derail conversations in bad faith

  • post content intended primarily to inflame or divide

11. This Is Not Crisis Care or Professional Treatment

This community may offer support, encouragement, shared reflection, and companionship, but it is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, therapy, or professional counseling.

Nothing shared in the community should be taken as medical advice or mental health advice.

If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, seek immediate support from emergency services, a licensed mental health professional, or a crisis resource in your area.

12. Moderator Discretion

To protect the health of the community, we reserve the right to:

  • remove posts or comments

  • close discussions

  • issue warnings

  • suspend accounts

  • permanently ban members

  • restrict participation where needed to preserve safety and integrity

We may take action when conduct violates either the letter or the spirit of these guidelines.

13. What Healthy Participation Looks Like

A healthy community member:

  • speaks to others with respect

  • disagrees without contempt

  • stays open to learning

  • does not weaponize discomfort

  • accepts that others may see things differently

  • protects privacy and dignity

  • contributes to a culture of trust, reflection, and care

The goal here is not uniformity. It is mature, respectful coexistence in a shared space where people can explore, reflect, and grow.

14. Final Principle

Be kind. Be honest. Be responsible. Be teachable.

Come here not merely to be affirmed, but to participate in a space where all of us can learn and grow — from and with one another.
